Contestants Nationality

Do contestants need to be Saudi's to participate or any nationality can contribute in this challenge?

    No. We welcome everyone to the contest.

    It's not true.
    According to the rules:
    "Residents of the province of Puerto Rico, Quebec in Canada, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Italy, Myanmar (formerly Burma) and Sudan are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void in these countries and where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law."
    Why these limitations?
